DSA Security Patrol Service officers employ irregular scheduling strategies to make vehicle and foot patrols less predictable thus minimising the opportunity for criminal, disorderly and suspicious behaviour from occurring. These patrols are monitored against a QR Tag System which is utilised for all patrol clients' sites. Should an incident arise, Incident Reports are generated by the officer at the time of discovery and are pinpointed by GPS. These reports are automatically sent to our clients, allowing for a transparent view of the services they receive.
Whilst onsite our vehicles utilise Federal Signal emergency warning products allowing them to illuminate a full 180 degrees with bright white lights abiding by OHS protocols. The presence our vehicles create with these products also serves as a significant deterrent to would-be offenders.
Between sites DSA Security utilise DSA Fleet Management System technology allowing our Administration/Operation teams to see the location of the vehicles in real time. The DSA Fleet Management System utilises both satellite and mobile data coverage ensuring the safety of our officers, general community and clients alike.
Vehicle Log Reports showing the arrival, internal movements of vehicles and site departure times can be made available as a part of our monthly patrol reports.
