Keep Your Company Covid Safe
At DSA Security, our team have completed training in response to the novel coronavirus, specified to the security industry and practice all procedures to keep ourselves safe and minimize risk of contracting the disease. How We Can Help You Understandably, it would be impossible to keep surveillance on your staff every minute of the day, to make sure they are adhering to all measures added to your business to keep your staff safe. But, we can do that for you. Social distance marshalling is a service to prohibit large gatherings and enforce other COVID-19 safety procedures that you have outlined, to keep your staff safe and your business operational.
What safety procedures should my business have in place? (COVID-19)
COVID-19 is a highly infectious disease that targets the respiratory system and can be very aggressive or lethal to anyone with a compromised immune system. This can be spread via community transmission or touching infected surfaces. Preventing the spread of this disease can be done by practising social distancing (1.5 metres apart), wearing a face mask, frequent hand washing and pairing this with hand sanitiser and regularly disinfecting surfaces and equipment within the workplace. Most importantly, if you are feeling unwell, stay at home.
Site Access Control
We understand that keeping your business and staff safe of trespassers is paramount. Construction site security is commonly used for sites that require the prevention of general public access. A component of site access control can also be offered via a key card which will provide access to specific areas that the card may be programmed to authorise. Physical security or a concierge can control site access in environments where this card is not offered or limited public access is authorised.
COVID-19 and Site Access Control
Companies have evolved with new procedures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and keep their business operational. Site access control is essential to maintain social distancing and monitor the safety of all occupants of your site. Examples can be seen by the number of people authorised to be in a store at one time, or visitor access to aged care facilities. Most aged care and assisted living facilities in Queensland currently have construction site security in place, to minimise the spread to staff and residents. At DSA, we understand the uncomfortable situation this may put staff on site to disgruntled visitors that may not have authorisation to access the facility, or unwanted media presence to a residence that may have fallen vulnerable to the disease. If your facility requires security presence, please contact us today to discuss what we can provide to assist.
